Bridge House New Build

Giraffe Design Build is excited to host an exclusive, guided tour of our latest project: a breathtaking 5,500 square foot new homestead nestled in the northeast side of Ann Arbor. The Bridge House is currently in progress and is set to be completed by late summer 2025.

This new build is a stunning example of integrated design+build, with creative connections of its four wings to embrace a central courtyard. Fitted with floor to ceiling glass in the common and transitional areas, two main wings frame a naturally occurring ravine that evokes the feeling of a creek bed beneath the central raised wings. Secondary structures form an enclosed bridge between the kitchen and living room, with a suspended deck running through the living room and primary suite.

We'd love to have you join us to experience the exceptional design and craftsmanship of this unique home. Private group tours will be conducted from 4pm-5pm on Thursday, July 17th by our design+build team to share in-depth insights. Please be advised that this is an active construction site and finishing work is ongoing. Proper footwear is recommended.
